Today you start a new project: Django Photo Gallery. This is your last project for phase 3, and is due on Thursday, Dec 3.

We will spend class breaking down the models needed for this application and talking through how to handle image uploads.

For this weekend, you need to finish up your API for HabitTracker. Specifically,

• all habits can be read via the API
• habits and records can be created via the API
• proper permissions are on habits and records
  • habits can be edited and deleted by their author
  • records can be edited and deleted by their author

Front-end

For Thursday, you should work on transitioning from a list of trivia topics to a list of questions for that topic. Make a new component to show the questions and allow the user to transition between the list of topics to the questions.

Back-end

For Thursday, add a read-only API to Habit Tracker to allow users to see their habits and records. Once you’ve done that, allow users to create new habits.

Today we learned about how Ajax and APIs work and how to make Ajax calls from React using fetch().
